Nifty! Thanks Charlotte. I also whipped up a pretty good team (I think...) using Magmortar, so do tell me what you think of it once I have it finalized and posted

Alright, here it is:
Team MagmortarGame Plan - Set up Stealth Rock with Azelf, then Explode to bring in the next Pokemon, depending on how the opponent is read. In addition to a Rapid Spin blocker (obviously), this team carries two Pokemon (Breloom and Empoleon) who possess moves meant to force switches, racking up residual damage from Stealth Rock.
Azelf @ Focus Sash
Naive
Levitate
6 Atk, 252 Spd, 252 Sp.Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Psychic
- Taunt
Same deal as the other team. Set up SR and Explode. If the opponent has a Gengar, however, it'll be better to keep this guy alive, as he's probably the best counter, assuming it's not running Choice Scarf.
Magmortar @ Life Orb
Mild
Flame Body
84 Atk, 252 Sp.Atk, 172 Spe
- Lava Plume
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Cross Chop
My brother
really hates Choice items, so this Magmortar is a mixed attacker with Life Orb. Luckily, Cross Chop can 2HKO Blissey as long as SR is still up.
Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Impish
Pressure
252 Hp, 252 Def, 252 Sp.Def
- Will-O-Wisp
- Fire Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Pain Split
Standard Physical tank build, blocking Rapid Spinners, supplying status via Will-O-Wisp, and covering for Empoleon's Fighting weakness.
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Adamant
Poison Heal
44 Hp, 252 Atk, 212 Spe
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Focus Punch
- Spore
Subseeder set for optimal annoyance with Stealth Rock, powerful Subpunches, and Spore for Sleep.
Empoleon @ Leftovers
Calm
Torrent
252 Hp, 252 Sp.Def, 6 Spe
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Roar
Special Tank Empoleon with Roar for more of the afore-mentioned phazing fun. I chose Calm over Modest as RS Starmie is easily handled by Dusknoir.
Flygon @ Life Orb
Jolly
Levitate
32 Hp, 252 Atk, 8 Def, 216 Spe
- Fire Blast
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
Life Orb Flygon with Roost for recovery. Covers perfectly for Empoleon's nasty Electric/Ground weaknesses. I'm not completely sure whether it'd be overall better to go with a CS set on Flygon or just use Garchomp instead (as it's Garchomp I'm worried about), so do let me know what you think. Flygon's waaaaaaaaay cooler than him, anyway. He's far too overused. BTW, the moves are only arranged that way because they spell "FRED" vertically
And that's "Team Magmortar" I guess. Now rate my team!
