Here's a list of shtuff. If anything gets shot down, I'll strike-out it, and if it gets approved I'll make it green.

• I think the chat should be placed up top, cuz it's easier to see the forums when it's up there.
  
• Introduction forum? Basically a place to post a blurb about yourself instead of a huge welcome thread.
  
• Perhaps a separate forum to post Wii (Or DS? dunno how those work) friend codes, maybe attached to the proposed 'Introduction' forum.
  
• I think the "The Website" section should be moved to the top with the 'Welcome' (Or my proposed Introduction) forum added to it. I think it seems more logical that way...
  
• If the "The Website" section and the 'Welcome' forum get moved, the "Pokemon" section should be moved above the "Off Topic" section. As it is, it seems like the "Off Topic" section is more important than the "Pokemon" section, which should not be the case.
  
• A clear-cut, separate, very distinct 'RULES' forum instead of the thread we have. I don't have any problems with the current rules except that it needs some proofing. I would be happy to do that and send you (whoever that may be) a copy.
  
• Rename the 'Basket' forum to something more distinct. I didn't know what it was until I read the description, and people who need to use it probably wouldn't do that.
  
• At least guidelines, if not rules, concerning Signatures about size and content. My sig is even a bit tall for most forums.
  
• A donation button for either Tocs/the people who are designing and creating the game or the forum itself.
  
• At or before the game reaches the Beta stage, renaming the "Pokemon" section to "The Pokemon MMO"/"PokeArena"/whatever the title will be and recategorizing the 'Battledex' and 'Other' sections to fit within it. After all, this forum will eventually be devoted to the game.

2: Do you mean like change the "Welcome" forum into a big introduce section. Where people can post a topic about themselves?
3: There is a way to put a thing under your avatar to put your friend code. Ill have to check it out.
4: Good idea, ill make it so it's like: Pokemon > The Website > Off Topic.

8: I think there is a way to put a size limit on the signature. Just like the avatar, ill see if I can find it.

10: Once the game comes out. I'm hopeing this will still be the forum for the MMO, so all our users on here don't lose there post, and we don't have to make a whole new one!

As to the chatbox, I managed it on my forum. http://ucsfu.yourme.net/index.htm - It's the same provider, or it should be.

Administration Panel -> Chatbox -> Activate the Chatbox Yes/No -> ChatBox display -> Top of the home page

Make sure you are in advanced administration mode.

Ohhh, I think I get what your saying. Like change the name of the "Pokemon" catagory to something like "Pokemon MMO" or change the whole forum (PokeArena) to something like "Pokemon MMO"?

Changing the title of the "Pokemon" section to "The Pokemon MMO" and making the recategorization changes I said would probably be a good idea. It will need more sections anyways.

As you can see im crossing out things I have got done. I still have a few things to do. On the donation button. You would have to get ahold of Snakehead for that. I help him with the updates and things like that on the forum. He is in charge of the money things.

Perhaps "Rubbish bin" or "Spam" for the Basket forum.

I'm thinking the "The Website" section should be renamed to "General" or something like that and moved to the very top. Regardless, the Spam forum should be moved to the Off Topic area. If you want to delete and recreate it, I don't care if my topic is killed.

Ok ill get right on those. If you want to see what I still have left just look at the second post (should be mine) and thats the stuff I still need done.

And you forgot to make the basket forum the spam folder in Administrative panel... there's a option in there so you can change the mod tools to send a thread or post to the basket, but I'll change it so it's to the spam folder. Sorry, you did do this. I don't know why it says in the quick mod tools section at the bottom of the forum, send to basket. Should it not say send to spam folder?

I believe that it is impossible to adjust the max size of signatures, I looked for 10 minutes on my forum and found zilch. Might as well cross that one off, and put a clause in the rules saying "Sigs should be kept to a reasonable length" or something like that.

*edit* and as for the points, if I'm made an admin (temporarily or whatever) I could buy some, enough to set up some basic stuff. I don't think you can buy them if you aren't, otherwise I'd do so.
